Working with Architect Phil O’Farrell I provided a planting consultancy service to deliver, source and install a planting scheme for this shady roofgarden in the City Of London with no direct sunlight.

The majority of plants used prefer full shade and are evergreen for all-year interest. A mix of unusual and familiar plants were carefully selected so their leaf textures and forms would provide interesting contrasts throughout the year.

Overall the planting is harmonious creating a calm space to enjoy as the roofgarden is used for private functions.
